Limited Warranty
PFO Lighting Inc. warrants that all its products shipped shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the "Warranty Period." This warranty includes only those products which are installed, used and maintained according to PFO Lighting Inc. instructions. This warranty applies only to parts and excludes all field labor and service charges related to the repair or replacement of the item unless prior written authority has been granted. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Warranty Periods:
HID fixtures: 2 Years
Lamps: We extend the lamp manufacturer warranty to our customers.
Ballasts: 2 Years
IceCap ballasts have 3 year warranty from manufacturer.

Product believed to be defective during the warranty period may be returned to PFO Lighting Inc. on a return to factory basis. RGA numbers are required. Product will be tested to determine whether it is defective. As its option, PFO Lighting, Inc. reserves the right to repair or replace product found to be defective. Product will be returned to the customer via ground service. Product that has been subject to misuse, outdoor exposure, or water damage will not be covered under warranty.

Product Returns:

With our authorization (RGA#) you may return products, however there will be at least a 25% restocking charge.
